Description

Welcome to this light and airy apartment, situated in the heart of the Cape Winelands. Sip on a glass of bubbly as you enjoy incredible views over the garden toward the mountains in the background. Whether it's wine tasting, restaurants, hiking, birding, golfing, mountain biking, trail running - you've come to the right place. We are situated 7km out of Paarl, 23km from Franschhoek, 50km from Cape Town and 35km from Stellenbosch.

The apartment is situated in a walled garden and forms part of a private homestead. Your parking space is directly outside the apartment which is accessed by a flight of steps (one floor only).

We do have dogs, all of whom are friendly. None of these critters are allowed in the apartment, though they may try to charm their way in.

The apartment is furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster etc.

Ground coffee, a french press, Cylon and Rooibos teas, milk, sugar, sweetener, one bottle of local wine, two bottles of water and ice are provided.

There is an oak dining table with four chairs, seating for four in the living area, a television & a local satellite decoder. We are working on getting free WIFI in the apartment.

All household cleaning products are also provided.

A small private garden is available to guests and a barbecue with free wood can be provided at the guest's request.

Weekly stays: serviced every 3rd day except Sundays and public holidays.

Laundry can be washed and ironed at an additional cost.

All linen 100% cotton percale.

All bedding hypoallergenic.

100% Cotton towels provided.

1 king extra length bed made up of two extra length singles.

There is an information pack in the apartment, we are also available to give advice and look forward to welcoming you.

We are situated between Paarl and Franschhoek, sandwiched between two renowned golf courses, Boschenmeer, the home of Paarl Golf Club and Pearl Valley Golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Down our road, we have Val de Vie Polo Estate, which plays host to many prestigious polo matches throughout the year. Including Prince Harry's Sentebale Royal Salute Polo Cup.

This is the heart of the Boland, a traditional wine and fruit producing area and home to a collection of plants referred to as Renosterveld, one of the jewels of our floral kingdom.

Wine, bubbly, craft beer, food and more food await visitors to this wonderfully diverse area.
