Description
Top floor Penthouse apartment. 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom with a very large L shaped balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Sunrise Complex is only 650m from the heart of the main Sunny Beach resort. The beach is only 200m away. The complex has a large adult pool & a children's pool with a cafe bar open till the early morning. The Penthouse apartment has 1 bedroom (with a double bed) and a large sofa bed in the lounge. It has been designed to the highest specification with tiled f looring throughout .
Furniture includes TV with cable channels, DVD/CD/MP3/FM Stereo player. Bathroom is fully tiled with a shower / wet room. It has a fully fitted kitchen with all the required appliances. Patio door from the lounge gives easy access to the large L-shaped balcony - also equipped with patio furniture. There are 5 star hotels (Victoria Palace, Helena Sands, Majestic) all having excellent SPA centres just walking distance from the complex.
There is a 24 hour reception office and check-in and check-out times may be very flexible. Keys to be collected and deposited at the reception office hence no hassle for the guests. Other information about travel and excursions also available at the reception. There's a 24hour supermarket on the sister complex just walking distance and a local bus stop very close, with a taxi rank. Everything you need is within or just around the corner.
Swimming Pool available from Mid-May to October. Also use of pool at Ivana Palace hotel opposite Sunrise and at the sister complex Efir Village which has Natural Mineral Water in the swimming pools. If there are more than 4 in a party, we have access to other apartments in the complex, please let us know your requirements.

“Absolutely Perfect”
We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was perfect. The location minutes from the beach and near the super restaurants and pubs but was quiet at night. The balcony was the best we have ever had and got the sun morning til night. Spacious inside and even a washing machine which is a bonus. Lovely bathroom/wetroom and there was always hot water. Its so cheap to eat out here so we didnt use the kitchen much. The bus stop and supermarkets are 2 minutes away and one of Sunny Beach best restaurants called the Lira is very close. Everything you need is here and cant wait to come back next year. Anil the owner is very responsive and always at hand via email. I would highly recommend this apartment, its definately one of the best we have ever stayed in. 10/10.

“Excellent Holiday”

“EFIR II, SUNNY BEACH”
With a slight hesitation we've decided to go to Bulgaria to see the changes that have taken place in this country since the time I was there as a kid.And I have to admit I was impressed. The country is nice with pleasant climate and very very cheap prices. For our stay we chose Efir II residence in Sunny Beach. The apartment was spacious, cosy and clean, and a short walk from the beach. Efir II is very well equipped in everything one may want. It definitely suits all tastes and needs. Never mind whether you are a family or a group of friends it's a perfect place for an ideal holiday which I can strongly recommend and I'm sure you'll never forget.
