Luxurious 4 bedroom holiday villa for rental in Sunny Beach located on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast. Ideal for relaxing by the pool, taking in the hedonism of the Sunny Beach nightlife, or enjoying the culture of Nessebar a UNESC World Heritage site.
The villa is situated on the enclosed Hill Top complex overlooking Sunny Beach and the old town of Nessebar, creating a secure environment for families with small children. The Villa is 5 minutes by car from Sunny Beach, and the traditional Bulgarian village of Kosharitza.
Sunny Beach is well known for its beach, and this is equally complemented by the good weather and climate.

“A REAL GEM”
Just come back from a week at Hilltop Villa-what a real gem. The villa was perfect and in an ideal location away from the hustle and bustle of Sunny Beach but only a short bus ride away. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The complex in which the villa is situated was well kept and very quiet. Communication with Graeme throughout was first class. He gave us detailed information on the villa, it’s location and near by Sunny Beach and Nessibar. I have already recommended Hilltop Villa to friends looking to visit Bulgaria and we would not hesitate to go back to the villa ourselves.

“Fab villa in a great loacation”
This was our first self catering holiday (we have always done all inclusive in the past) and the villa provided everything we needed! The location is perfect being close enough to the resort to hop in on a bus but far enough away for it to be peaceful and private. We were two families sharing with children aging from 6 to 16 the size of the Villa was great for our requirements and the pool was perfect for the kids it kept them entertained all holiday. We made good use of the BBQ provided and had some lovely nights round the pool as well as some great nights out in Sunny Beach, Nessebar and nearby Kosharitza where there is a lovely locally run restaurant called Pizza Terrace - defo worth a visit. We had great communication with the villa owners throughout our stay which was really reassuring. The villa has lots of extras provided like books games for the kids a paddling pool etc. We would recommend this villa to others and would love to stay again.
