If you are looking for a luxurious private island getaway, this is the villa for you. So private, yet only 3 minutes away from the center of Sutivan by car!

Orchard House is a private ranch style home built in the middle of a beautiful orchard with a jaw-dropping view of the sea. The home is surrounded by magnificent views of the sea, olive trees, infinity pool, frog pond, island breeze and a garden full of fresh produce just for your use! Looking for a bit of privacy? No problem! The vast property is secluded. It is situated in a family orchard protected by stonewalls and a gate. Orchard House is a perfect destination to relax from tip to toe. Have your most memorable holiday every - utter paradise!

This house has a delightfully spacious. The floor to ceiling doors that go along the entire front of the room allow you to take in nature's beautiful sunsets, views of the sea and olive trees while lounging on the enormous indoor sofa. The extravagant pool has not one, but three levels - a Jacuzzi trickles into the shallow end of the pool, while gently sloping into the deeper end of the infinity pool. Pure bliss! The pool lounge area is built from world famous stone from Brac. There is plenty of room to chill in the shade or soak up some hot rays of Croatian sun on the sun terrace.

The ground floor of this glorious house has a large open plan kitchen and dining area, wonderful BBQ with a patio area covered with stone from the island, very comfortable living room and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The upstairs master suite includes a roomy bedroom with a large en-suite shower room, private sun terrace and even a hot tub with a magnificent view! Just imagine the beauty at night! The ground floor leads you onto the pool terrace, dining patio and breathtaking sea & orchard views. At night you can enjoy the colorful lights from distant Split or gaze into the stars while relaxing on the patio furniture.

Orchard House is not only a summer destination - it is flawless year round! We invite you to enjoy the wild flowers in spring, the hot summer sun, the delicious autumn wine or roll up your sleeves for the unique olive harvest.

For the environmentally conscious guests, we are proud to present an all-solar villa. We have designed this holiday hot spot in respect to the nature and beauty of the island Brac provides us with.
