Description

This is a modern, apartment conveniently located just back from the sea front block, with the resort beach being only a 1-2 minute walk away and accessible by stairs or panoramic view lift. The apartment is on the top (2nd) floor, with stair access only and offers good sea views, overlooking 2 of the resorts 6 outside pools via private balconies to the front and rear.

The interior has been upgraded to include a tiled floor finish in the hall and living/dining/kitchen area, giving a fresh clean finish and is well decorated and furnished trough-out.

The resort is a leisurely stroll (15-20 mins) from the local village of St Vlas which has a variety of shops and a range of local restaurants and is a short walk from the nearby modern Marina with its lively nightlife, boutique shops and varied and first class restaurants.

The popular and well established area of Sunny beach offers a wide variety of daytime beach and night-time activities and is easily accessible by local transport of taxi's. In addition there are nearby water parks and other popular local attractions.

Interaction with guest

Keys for the apartment will be available on arrival from the resort reception, who will deal with all day to day queries and any issues. They also arrange local travel and excursions during the main season.

“Fantastic”

Had an amazing time in Garden of Eden. Apartment was fabulous but a few small minor issues such as no kettle, not enough cutlery for guests (sleeps 6 cutlery for 5) toaster too small for 6, bulbs out in hall and bedroom, all very minor and was certainly not a real issue and not enough to underrate, just management problems that I'm sure will be resolved for the next guests arriving. Lots of bedding, towels and room for 6. Very homely with free wi-fi & dvd player. TV could be updated but not really a problem. Owners erte very accomodating allowing us a late check out at no extra cost, this was worth gold to us as our flight wasn't until 11.20pm. I would, without hesitation, go here again. Had a fantastic holiday. Fee pics from complex and pool view from apartment.

We ask the resort to check and make good any shortfalls in the apartment itinerary at the start of the season but appears unfortunately the issues were not picked up or addressed. “Beautiful place to stay!”

Paul and Trish’s apartment was very spacious and comfortable, in a beautiful hotel complex with all amenities! Beach is just a short stroll away, pool right at the doorstep and another two just a minute walk! There is a convenience shop in the complex as well. Paul and Trish are very responsive hosts, and we will definitely stay at their holiday home again next summer.
