Istana Balian Luxury Villa's.
This listing is for our 2x Luxury Two Story Villa's that were built and completed in Sept 2009. During the building process we at all times focused to create a modern Western Style finish with a Local Balinese touch everyone loves and appreciates. To produce the feeling of a real Bali when in Bali, as this is important to us as it is to most travellers wishing to experience "The Island of the Gods" A sacred land rich in history and experience. The views are extra ordinary!

1 or 2 x Two Story Deluxe Villas - Both with Elevated Stunning Ocean Views.
( One Two Story Deluxe Villa can sleep from 1 - 4 persons in luxury comfort )
Each Villa is priced for a 2 person booking with an optional choice of either the 1st floor King Deluxe or Loft Floor King Deluxe upon arrival, or you can book the whole villa ( both floors ) which is subsequently priced per person thereafter up to a 4 person booking.
Our public common areas - Restaurant, Bar, Swimming Pool, and pool side Bale are all on the road side entrance level. Therefore these common areas are separate from our 2 story Deluxe Villa's which are upstairs to ensure the separation needed for relaxation and privacy.
