Loft ground floor of a townhouse. We called 'Moka' Well located in the city, you can visit the region with many tourist and gastronomic resources. The house is an old forge completely restored, close to the hill of Hermitage, chapel and vineyards. near Valrhona (luxury chocolate, 5 minutes walk), and the banks of the Rhone and ViaRhôna, with magnificent views Tournon, with its castle and the speaker towers. Visit the old streets, the quays of the Rhone, the castle of Tournon, tours around wine producers among the most renowned wineries of Cotes du Rhone (Hermitage and Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph). Gastronomic Steps in the many restaurants or in Tournon, on the other side of the Rhone. Excursions in the Vercors, the Mecca of the Resistance, in Ardèche, the Palais Postman Cheval 30 km in the Drôme des Collines to the relief so special. In winter, downhill ski resorts and Nordic easily accessible. (Vercors, Alps) Lyon is 80 km, Grenoble 100 km, the Mediterranean, Marseille and Montpellier, 200 km. For bike lovers, the ViaRhôna passes nearby. (Possibility to park bicycles in the house) All shops are nearby (grocery stores, bars, restaurants). The apartment is a loft on the ground floor consisting of a large living room with full kitchen (gas cooktop, conventional oven, microwave, fridge), 1 bedroom, 1 mezzanine and a bathroom / WC. Internet Wifi available. A laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board ...) is also available in the house. the apartment is non-smoking. Animals are not allowed. Everything is brand new. Suitable for 4 to 6 people.
