Luxury larger than average 1 bed apt (enjoying lush mountain views on one side and panoramic sea views on the other) is located in Tala Village, the exclusive side of Paphos. On site facilities include: Outdoor Pool, Lifts in the apartment block & Private parking.
Tala Village square is a 15 min walk away and offers excellent taverns and restaurants
20 min drive from Paphos airport, directions will be sent with booking.
10 minute drive from the sandy beaches of Coral Bay. 15 minute drive to Paphos Harbour
Car recommended, although, not essential as bus stop in tala village is a 15-20 min walk away.

Fully air-conditioned, this larger than average, luxury 1 bed apartment has a lounge, dining area, kitchen and bathroom, all of which are finished to an exceptional standard and will especially appeal to those who enjoy luxury living. Easily sleeps 4, with 2 sofas in the living room, one of which pulls out into a double bed. The bedroom and living area have patio doors that open onto a wrap balcony. The living area balcony at the front you will find a patio set for your personal use to enjoy the views of the lush mountains on the left and the panoramic sea views on the right
The dining area in between the living area and kitchen easily seats 4. kitchen area is well proportioned and very well equipped.
Living area offers comfortable seating and is equipped with flat screen TV & DVD. Additional luxuries provided which include beach towels and cool bags.
Kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary crockery and cooking utensils, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and clothes airer. Bathroom towels/linen included in the price.

“Tala break”
The apartment was really nice home from home , location to Tala square restaurants and bars a walk away. A great place to stay for a peaceful break. Weather was great ! Only 15mins drive from Paphos. Adele is a great host , communication was really good . Highly recommend!

“Fantastic”
Just returned from a weeks holiday, the apartment was fantastic, clean modern with everything you require and more. We hired a car for the week to explore the island and this apartment was the perfect base. Tala square is beautiful and a welcome change from the tourist areas although we did go to Pafos and Coral Bay which are only 10 minutes drive away. We cannot praise this property highly enough and had a wonderful relaxed peaceful holiday, special thanks to Adele the owner, who goes out her way to ensure everything is in order and any questions you may have are answered promptly. We have have holidayed in Cyprus numerous times, this is the first time we have rented an apartment and based on this experience have decided this is the way forward for our Cyprus holiday, we will definitely be returning.

Response from the owner Thank you for the review , I am sorry about the sunbeds, the complex are looking into this. The air con is on timers for up to 2 hours, you just need to keep pressing. This is to save me having to increase the costs of the rental due to tenants leaving it on all the time and although this is in the advertisement , I will highlight and make this clearer and consider options for future tenants. Sorry you felt the need to book elsewhere. Hope it didn’t spoil your holiday overall and you had a good time

“Very relaxing”
We were looking for a base in the Tala area to basically fly and flop, and that is exactly what we did. The apartment was very nicely appointed with everything we needed. If I did have a criticism it would be the bed which was rather low and the mattress did not fit the bed and was packed out with quilts. We had the pool to ourselves everyday of our 10 night stay, which was so peaceful. It was advertised with a Gym, Sauna and Jacuzzi,which I planned on using but there were only 2 operational items in the Gym everything else was broken as was the Sauna and never found the Jacuzzi. I would recommend it if you are not bothered about a gym and saunas overall it is a great base for the island and especially Tala which is lovely.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review Jeremy. I am sorry about the gym, I weren’t aware it had no equipment in it, I will check on why that is and remove from the advert. The jacuzzi was removed last year and I thought I had amended the advert for that so I apologise. I am currently in the process of updating a lot of the furnishings to keep it modern so the bed is new and mattress not arrived as yet. Glad none of these things spoilt your holiday. If you ever return I will give you a 15% discount for the gym and jacuzzi Many thanks again Adele
