Villa Arcadia is a luxury villa ideal for couples & smaller families
Villa Arcadia is a Traditional Cypriot Villa located in the delightful village area of Tala, ideal for self catering
Being on the hillside it benefits from less humid conditions and is close to restaurants, and bars all within a 2 - 10 minute walk away

The Villa has pretty landscaped gardens with private 8m x 4m unheated swimming pool with traditional stone BBQ

The Villa also benefits from a Spacious open plan living/dining area, with feature fireplace fitted with a real flame gas fire.

Master double bedroom on ground floor has King size double bed and has en-suite facilities and patio doors leading to pool terrace. One further double bedroom (twin beds) with balcony and distant sea view, is located on the upper floor, along with large family bathroom.

Living/Dining room and all Bedrooms have the benefit of Air-Conditioning units for the Summer months, plus Ceiling Fans.

The Kitchen is well equipped with an Oven and Ceramic hob, Auto Washing machine, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, Iron and Ironing board and plenty of Cooking utensils and Cutlery.

Sky TV no longer transmits to Cyprus
The Living room now has Internet installed giving Broadband & WiFi access and allows streaming British TV channels through a set up box and many more - the set up box allows for playing back missed programmes

The Living room also has a DVD player, and a separate CD Player with I-phone & I-pod docking and charging unit

There are a selection of Books & DVDs & CDs to enjoy

Response from the owner I can assure everyone that our Villa pool was not dirty, my property Manager confirmed that it was clean and adjusted the filter timer to come on morning and late afternoon rather than during the night., rather than coming on during the afternoon and late at night (this was caused by power cuts) Regarding the Villa not being suitable for anyone with mobility problems....not once during our email correspondence did my Guest ask if our Villa was suitable for anyone who is disabled If she had then I would have immediately told her that the Villa was not suitable, unfortunately she never mentioned that her Mother was disabled...We do not advertise our Villa as disable friendly, surely its up to the Guest to make sure that the Villa accommodation met her Mothers needs....The Villa photos on the web-site definitely shows a spiral staircase and steps leading down to the pool area, the description mentions that the Villa is on a hillside with views down to the coast The Villa is only a 10 x minute walk from Tala square I sent her a detailed map showing where the path led to the Square, If her Mother was disabled then she would obviously not have taken this walk and would have taken her hire car My Wife and myself actually stayed just 2 x weeks earlier and can definitely state that the furnishings were not dirty and that the pool was clean our 2 x grandchildren were swimming for at least 3-4 hours per day.....My property manager has sent me photos of the pool after their twice weekly visits and has bent over backwards to satisfy this Guest I have had many Guests who have taken the time to write to us and leaving comments in our Guest book saying how much they enjoyed staying in our Villa as it was a "Home from Home" well stocked and maintained....many of whom have been repeat bookings...including 1 x guest who stayed just a week before I feel that this Guest should do her homework first before booking and ensuring that the property was suitable for her Mothers needs before complaining once she was there
