The pool, gardens & terraces are all illuminated at night. The Privacy fencing to the front of the garden provides additional screening. The villa is alarmed for your peace of mind. There is ample parking in the small cul-de-sac outside the villa and there are no restrictions.

**Please note that this property can be accessed at any time after 3pm on arrival day so don't worry if you have a late flight. You will me met locally by the property manager. We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. The property is professionally managed (you will always have a contact) and has linen changes and cleaning on a weekly basis. Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials for your arrival.**

"we loved Villa Zivavia it was very clean and tidy throughout. It was nice to receive a welcome pack too. The pool was lovely and clean when we arrived. Hannah who was looking after the villa visited us on our first morning and was Informative and helpful. The location of the villa was quiet which was great and with the village only a 10 minute (uphill) walk it had everything we needed. The few bars and restaurants were all good and not too busy which was nice. I left a few cards in the info folder of restaurants we ate in. I have to mention Andreas, he was the most helpful lovely person who made taxi journeys enjoyable.. I have already recommended him to a friend who is over in paphos in a few weeks. We would definitely book this villa again maybe not for a year or so as already have plans and would book through yourselves again as have found communication between us was brilliant , responding to any questions I had right away.
