Description

Newly built colonial villa 4800 sq.ft. (450m2) in a 2 acres (8000m2) tropical landscaped garden. Quiet and lush environment 2 miles away from beaches.
All 3 bedrooms with A/C and ceiling fans, King-size beds with mosquito nets, 3 bathrooms with open to sky showers.
Spacious verandahs, inside courtyard have relaxing chairs and sofas, inside and outside dining areas with ceiling fans, cement cut and polished floor in all villa.
Villa has antique furniture as well as modern. All doors and windows are antiques.
Overflowing pool 10 paces from villa (52ft x 33ft, 5ft deep).
6 sun loungers with mattresses. Two hammocks.
Villa is equipped with cable Sony TV (46") with sound system, DVD/CD player (numerous DVD's), free Wifi in all villa.
Staff of 5 (english speaking manager, lady housekeeper, gardener, cook-chef, night security guard).
Our bed linen is 100% cotton from France, changed every 3 days. Towels (egyptian cotton from France) are changed at your request.
The villa is cleaned every day, beds are made and rooms + bathrooms cleaned and tidied.
