Sie möchten gerne Ferien in Sri Lanka machen und suchen idyllische Buchten zum Träumen und Entspannen - dazu ein schönes großzügiges Haus mit einem großen, tropischen Garten, direkt am Strand mit einer tollen Aussicht übers Meer.

Das finden Sie in der Villa Sunrise, zwei Kilometer östlich von Tangalle - großartige Sonnenaufgänge erwarten Sie.

Das Anwesen liegt unmittelbar am Strand, der praktisch schon an der großzügigen Veranda beginnt. Ihre Schuhe können Sie zuhause lassen. Das ist Urlaub und Entspannung pur. Lassen Sie die Seele baumeln in der Hängematte in Ihrem persönlichem Tropenparadies. Oder spazieren Sie am kilometerlangen Sandstrand.

Landeinwärts lädt die üppige grüne Landschaft und ein einzigartiges Lagunenparadies mit Mangroven-Dschungel zu erlebnisreichen Ausflügen ein.

In Tangalle können Sie dem Treiben auf dem lokal-typischen asiatischen Markt zuschauen und einkaufen. Der Grosse Markt am Mittwoch und Sonntag lädt zum Bummeln ein. Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt und viele kleine Geschäfte.

In der Villa Sunrise finden Sie ebenerdig an einer weitläufigen Terrasse, direkt am Privatstrand ein großes Zimmer mit einem Kingsizebett, einem Einzelbett und ein grosses Bad.

Im Obergeschoss gibt es zwei geräumige Zimmer mit einem Kingsizebett und je einem Bad, verbunden mit einer großen Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, in den Garten und ein Yukka-Wäldchen, welches zum Relaxen einlädt.

Zur Landseite hin befindet sich noch ein kleiner Balkon, ideal für lauschig warme Abende. Rechts neben dem Eingangsbereich ist eine Außendusche.

Alle Zimmer sind mit landestypischen antiken Möbeln ausgestattet.

Das Haus beherbert auch eine gut ausgestattete Küche.

Die Villa Sunrise ist ein Ferienhaus zur Selbstversorgung. In der näheren Umgebung sind etliche Restaurants zu finden.

Die Villa kann komplett oder die Zimmer einzeln angemietet werden. Zur Einzel-Anmietung oder für längere Zeiträume bitte extra Preise anfragen.

Tangalle liegt ca. 2 km westlich und ist leicht zu Fuß oder mit der Threewheel-Rikscha zu erreichen.

Die Preise beinhalten alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Gas, WLAN, Bettwäsche und Handtücher (wöchentlicher Wechsel) sowie Endreinigung.

Transfer vom/zum Flughafen

Auf Wunsch können wir Sie bei Ankunft mit einem klimatisierten Van mit Fahrer auf dem Flughafen in Colombo abholen und Sie in Ihre Urlaubsunterkunft in die Villa Sunrise bringen lassen. Gleiches gilt natürlich für die Abreise. Die Kosten für eine Fahrt beträgt derzeit ca. 100 Euro. Wenn gewünscht, bitte anmelden.

Response from the owner Es tut uns leid, dass Sie sich in unserer Villa Sunrise nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Kritische Anmerkungen zum Aufenthalt in unserem Haus sind willkommen und hilfreich. So können wir unseren Gästen durch Verbesserungen einen angenehmeren Aufenthalt ermöglichen. Allerdings sollte Kritik konstruktiv sein und fair bleiben. Auch sollte dem Gastgeber die Gelegenheit zur Beseitigung der Kritikpunkte gegeben werden. Leider wurde dies unserem Personal untersagt. Das Haus wurde in landestypischer Bauweise, teilweise unter Verwendung von eingefärbtem Beton, erstellt. Die Farbe bleicht über die Jahre aus und wird fleckig und unansehnlich. Daran kann man sich stören, verdreckt ist das Haus deswegen nicht. Trotzdem haben wir die Kritik zum Anlass genommen um bereits geplante Renovierungsmassnahmen im unteren Bad und der Küche vorzuziehen, wie Sie aus den neuen Bildern ersehen können. Noch eine Anmerkung zum Umgang mit Bewertungen: Es ist heutzutage über das Internet leicht möglich mit überzogenen Kritiken - aus welchen Gründen auch immer - ganze Existenzen zu zerstören. Vielleicht können wir Sie dahingehend sensibilisieren, künftig bei Kritikpunkten Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber zu nehmen, bevor Sie derart überzogene Aussagen ins Internet stellen.
