Description

One bedroom - One bath cottage apartment located in Tavares, FL (America's Sea Plane City) in the heart of beautiful Lake County Florida.

Total remodel completed in 2015.

Sleeps 2 to 4 people. One queen size Tempurpedic bed in the bedroom and a full size pull out couch in the living room.

Fully equipped kitchen. Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Corian Countertop, Garbage Disposal, Toaster, Can Opener, Coffee Maker, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Glassware, Silverware and Pantry.

We give you a starter supply of paper towels, laundry detergent and dish soap.

Walk in tiled shower and linen cabinet with towels and supplies in the bathroom.

Stacked washer and dryer.

Free Wi-Fi

Basic Cable TV, DVD/Blu Ray/Wi-Fi and Flat Screen TV.

Stereo Radio w/CD player - Alarm Clock

Large screened in porch with sitting area and ceiling fans.

Six blocks from the Tavares Entertainment District, Wooten Park and the Sea Plane Basin.

A short drive to Mount Dora, which is well known for it's many antique and specialty shops.

Centrally located, we're a one to one and a half hour drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, International Drive Attractions, Orlando International Airport, and the East or West Coast Beaches.

No Pets - Please ask about children.

Rentals are for a 2 day minimum

“Quite and peaceful”

How do damage deposits work?

If William (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
