Description
Whitelady House is a large country retreat, accommodating up to 12 guests in style & comfort. This private house is ideal for exclusive anniversary or birthday celebrations, wedding and hen parties, reunions, family get-togethers or just for that special holiday. The house has been renovated and lovingly refurbished, exuding style and character with oak beams, inglenook fireplaces and exposed stone work, whilst retaining a homely, relaxed atmosphere.
We provide a memorable venue for a fun & relaxing house party, either self-catering or catered. As an alternative to self catering we can remove the burden of preparing and cooking for a large group by providing a fully catered service where we will create and serve meals at the house. Sit back and enjoy the company of friends & family, while we arrange everything for you.
Situated close to Tavistock, down a private drive, the huge expanse of Dartmoor is 100yds from the entrance, and the National Trust's Lydford Gorge is at the bottom of the garden.

“excellent house”
A great place for a family holiday. Large spacious rooms, well equipped Kitchen. Plenty of parking space and more space for any visitors.

“The Perfect girly getaway”
The house was just perfect for what we needed! A place to be with friends, chill, party etc. We hired a chef one of the nights & it felt like we were in a super fancy restaurant with a private dining experience! Very clean and well equipped. Thank you we will definitely be back in the future to explore more of the surrounding area. The only thing that could have been improved is the hot tub as it didn't actual 'bubble'. But in the grand scheme of things we didn't mind! Xx
