Description
Our cottage is located on Mosquito Harbor in Martinsville, Maine with ocean frontage and a dock, so bring your kayak or canoe. It has a combined living/kitchen area, a bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds, the cottage sleeps 4. The cottage has a small deck, lawn chairs, charcoal grill, picnic table, satellite TV. Sheets and towels are provided. No pets please and no smoking. Saturday to Saturday check in July thru August . Minimum rental 7 nights July through August . Contact owners for payment details.

Response from the owner Donald , when I greeted you upon your arrival I told you if you had any questions or needed anything to let me know. We never heard a word from you during your entire stay. There is an easy kayak launch, and we have a soft mattress topper for those who prefer a soft bed. Next time your having health issues I would suggest not traveling and taking your discomfort out on your host. Your issues could have been avoided.
