Your holiday in an stone home all restctured, it's an different holiday! Independent entrance and patio reservation. It’s located in the center of the medieval village Calvola - Tenno. Distance 12 km. from Riva del Garda. The house is a stone house, completely renovated the old amalgam-rustic to modern complete with all comforts for a modern life.
Good climate in summer and in winter, beautiful lake views and mountains. The near Lake Tenno, for walks in the fields nearby the lake or in the mountains. Rediscover the silence and the ancient rhythms of nature. Suitable for people who seek tranquility or sports, mountain biking, hiking, north wolking, free climbing
The apartament, indipendent entry, particular walls, is complete kitchen equipment, and linens. Available nice little outdoor space with table and chairs under vineyard plants. Apartment with kitchen-living room with sofa and fireplace, 1 bedroom with double and single sofà-bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower.A small vegetable garden with sun chair and a table is distance ca. 30 meters from the house.
Air conditioning is not essential. Free public parking nearby. no private parking.

La casa in pietra è nel centro del borgo medioevale di Calvola di Tenno, a 12 km. da Riva del Garda, completamente rinnovata amalgama l'antico-rustico al moderno, completa di ogni conforts per riscoprire il silenzio ed gli antichi ritmi della natura. E’ adatta a persone che cercano la tranquillità ma anche sportive (mountain bike, trekking, nord wolking, free climbing..).
L' appartamento ha ingresso indipendente, con muri a volta, è completo di attrezzature per la cucina e di biancheria. Cucina-soggiorno, con divano e camino, 1 camera con letto matrimoniale e +divano letto singolo, 1 camera con due letti singoli, 1 bagno con doccia.
Adiacente all'appartamento c'è un grazioso spazio all’aperto sotto la vigna con tavolo e sedie.
A poca distanza, 30 mt., un piccolo orto-giardino in comune con tavolo e magnifica vista sul lago di Garda.
Aria condizionata non è indispensabile.
Il clima mite in estate ed in inverno. Splendida vista lago e montagne circostanti, vicino al Lago di Tenno, per passeggiate nelle campagne e nei dintorni.
Parcheggio pubblico gratuito poco distante - no parcheggio privato.
