Description
Majestic Gardens is in the quiet traditional Cypriot village of Tersefanou which is only five minutes from the larger town of Kiti. The apartments are located just 15 minutes from Larnaca airport or 90 minutes from Paphos airport. They provide the peace and tranquility you would expect of a traditional Cypriot village but are also close enough to the bustle of Larnaca.
There are two swimming pools for your use, visitors to Majestic Gardens 1 & 2 are able to utilise facilities on both sites. A well appointed, large, first floor studio apartment provides Ideal, spacious accommodation especially for a young family who prefer to share their living space.
The apartment is air conditioned, has an open plan kitchen / dining area and lounge. The accommodation provides a double bed, a double sofa-bed settee catering for up to 4 people. The kitchen area is fully fitted with cooker, fridge/freezer, washer and microwave oven. The apartment has a balcony with patio table and four chairs for al-fresco dining.
Just a fifteen minute drive from Larnaca airport takes you to this small, peaceful, gated, private complex.

Response from the owner Majestic Gardens is a wonderful place to stay, it is secluded and peaceful in a typically authentic Cypriot village. The closeness of the quaint, tiny cemetery only adds to the authenticity of the location as a whole. For those holiday makers wanting hustle and bustle but a quiet retreat when your night is over Majestic Gardens is a perfect location. For those wanting organised events or the constant pestering by Animation Teams then maybe closer scrutiny of the advertising at the time of booking would be advisable.

“Perfect!”
I was looking forward to my first holiday in 3 years and didn't want the hussle and bustle of hotels crowds and kids. We are a young couple who wanted the peace and quiet. The apartment itself is excellent it has everything you need and the balcony was more than big enough for what we wanted. Lots of towels and sheets provided.The area itself is 10mins from airport and the major routes. Very easy to get to. A car is essential as it is a bit of a walk into the town of Tersefanou and Kiti. The area around the apartment is very quiet and tranquil the pool ended up being our own personal pool as we didn't see many people and it was lovely plenty big enough and the lounges were brilliant, although the arms of the loungers do get very hot. I am certainly going to be booking again for next year, its great value for money and the whole holiday including car hire for 2wks cost us less than a package holiday and I enjoyed it a whole lot more. It was home from home!
