Tastefully furnished new 2 Bed, 2 Bath air conditioned Luxury apartment to Rent
Accommodates/sleeps; 4 guests including children
Master bedroom with en-suite. A lounge/diner comprising; 1 double sofa bed, 6 seating dining table. A fully equipped modern kitchen leading onto a spacious veranda with patio set. A personal satellite dish and iPod docking station with alarm/radio. The apartment also benefits from a generous size pool area with large Jacuzzi/pool for adults and a separate pool for children. (Under COVID-19 circumstances the pools might not be as clean as expected)
* Just 2 minutes walk to Tersefanou shops, bars restaurants, kiddies play area on the complex. Local garden center with cafe Picturesque Kiti village only 2 minutes drive

* My Market & Lidl, supermarkets, & 2, 24 hour shops & 24 hour Bakeries just 4 minutes drive; also same on way from Larnaca Airport to apartment
* Less than 15 minutes drive into Larnaca city center. Enjoy the Promenade/Beach and entertaining nightlife. Relax in clubs, bars, taverns and restaurants. Also Alphamega super store stocking Tesco brands
* An excellent location for those who wish to book excursions e.g. Scuba diving and Med Cruise.
* 25 minute drive to thrilling water park, close to Ayia Napa beach

“Awesome!”
Very clean, modern and great location. You will need a car but I would never come to the island without one. There’s so many beautiful places to visit. Pool is great and KITI is not far for restaurants and shops. Sea is only a ten minute drive away. Communication from the owner was second to none. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!
