Description

Beautiful luxury penthouse with panoramic coastal views in 5* spa resort. This comfortable well furnished penthouse occupies a premier position on the Elysian Fields Spa Resort in Tersefanou. Newly completed in spring 2010. The property has been carefully furnished to high standards to ensure that guests requirements have all been accommodated. The penthouse is either accessed via an elevator system or by means of a staircase. Once in the property there is a fully fitted kitchen which has washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave along with the essentials of toaster and kettle and all crockery. The open plan layout leads on to a spacious lounge diner where two comfortable sofas, coffee table and 55 inch tv with smart box for world wide channels. The dedicated dining area has been furnished with table and chairs to accommodate six easily. The penthouse has window blinds fitted on all windows as well as having been also dressed to add that special finish. There are two bedrooms, one with a double and the other with two singles. The apartment will sleep six with a large sofa bed in the lounge. The family bathroom has bath and shower facilities and is fresh and modern with all necessary linen.

Further Details: The lounge area opens out onto a balcony allowing a further place to relax and dine with stylish rattan dining table and chairs. Enjoy the Mediterranean coastal views.

The main large private roof top terrace is at the rear of the apartment and faces towards the resort pool area and beautiful lush gardens. Since this terrace is both facing the sun and on the roof means that it benefits from constant sunshine almost all year round.

The private sunbathing section of this terrace is very spacious. This terrace is furnished with a large parasol and a rattan dinning sofa suite and glass coffee table which sits 6 people in luxurious comfort and style.

Grocery packs - You can pre-order grocery packs to be in your apartment on arrival ranging from tea, coffee and milk to toiletries and wine. Prices can be given upon request.

English-speaking representative is on hand to meet and greet you at the apartment , answer any questions and provide all local information. Please note charges apply for key collection and meet and greet at apartment.
