Description
C'est une très belle maison dans un écrin de verdure, une ancienne ferme aux poutres apparentes pleine de caractère., Il y a peu, c'était une résidence principale avec 2 chambres parentales, une chambre pour 4 personnes et un canapé lit confortable au salon. La cuisine est spacieuse. On peut facilement y manger à 4/5 personnes. Elle est totalement équipée, frigo, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, four, micro ondes vaisselle, couverts, ustensiles mais aussi éléments de base comme l'huile, les épices, la farine, le sopalin.... Machine à laver et sèche-linge dans le cellier.
La salle à manger constitue la pièce à vivre centrale de la maison avec une grande table pour 10 personnes.
Le salon avec sa cheminée mais aussi sa TV LCD et sa chaîne Hifi allie modernité et charme. Accès WIFI gratuit.
La salle de bain comprend une douche et WC. Mais il y a aussi 2 WC séparés dont 1 à l'étage.
Le jardin fait près d'1.5 hectares et la maison est à environ 600m d'altitude. Vous y trouverez un magnifique tilleul qui ombrage légèrement la terrasse mais aussi un grand cèdre, arrivé directement du Liban pour être planté ici.
Vous profiterez du panorama magnifique et de la vue sur la forêt noire en préparant votre barbecue ou en vous relaxant sur les transats.
Vous sentirez les ondes positives et magnétiques si réputées dans cette station verte, zone de tranquillité au pied du massif du Taenchel. Les plus courageux iront à pied au Mur des Paiens, véritable énigme archéologique de 11 kms et découvriront le Rocher des Géant ou des Reptiles.
La maison étant situé à 600m d'altitude. Le chemin pour y arriver est raide. D'abord en terre puis en béton et en macadam. Chemin déconseillé aux voitures de sport et aux voitures basses. L'accès en plein hiver et en cas de forte neige est parfois difficile. A pied, il faut compter 10 mn et avec un 4X4 aucun problème.
Après l'effort .... le réconfort.
Pour ceux qui recherchent plus d'animation, la situation entre les deux départements de l'Alsace est idéale pour vous permettre de visiter la route des vins, mais aussi les grandes villes comme Strasbourg ou de profiter du Biscope, de l'Eco-musée, des caves réputées, de la gastronomie de renom, des parcs touristiques comme Europa Park et des nombreuses fêtes avoisinantes (fête de la Cerise de Thannenkirch, fête des Ménétriers à Ribeauvillé, Réve d'une nuit d'été dans le Val de Villé...)
Mais Thannenkirch, c'est aussi le plaisir des sens avec la gastronomie à l'Auberge de la Meunière ou au Melkerhof, et avec un Spa au clos des sources magnifique et accueillant.
Le Casino de Ribeauvillé finira par vous séduire totalement.

I rent a beautiful house of 140 sqm in the foothills of Taenchel on the heights of Thannenkirch 12km Ribeauvillé.
Very quiet, with all the comfort the house is on a plot of 1.5 ha.
A separate fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 10 people, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a convertible quality, a bathroom with shower and toilet + separate toilet.
Upstairs, one room with a bed 140, a room with a bed 160 and a bedroom with four single beds and even a toilet.
Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented on site upon request.
The house has a beautiful terrace, tables, chairs and barbecue.
Parking in front of the house is at your disposal. It combines the charm of the old and the modern comfort: dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV, DVD, free WiFi ...
The house is located 600m above sea level. The path to get there is steep. First in earth, then in concrete and macadam. Path not recommended for sports cars and low cars. Access in the middle of winter and in the event of heavy snow is sometimes difficult. On foot, it takes 10 minutes and with a 4X4 no problem.
It is a true paradise, conveniently located between 1/2 of Colmar and Strasbourg 1 H, 3/4 H Europa park 's, near the voleriedes eagles, mountain monkeys, Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg on the wine trail, alongside typical village as Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, Eguisheim ... Consider visiting our cellars and enjoy our famous gastronomy.
And to relax, go to the spa or casino Ribeauvillé you will find next to a supermarket and shops for shopping

“A tranquil place in the nature”
I spent with my fiend six days in the house. It is spacious, well equipped and the view in the valley is magnificent. The house is located behind Thannenkirch on a mountain slope. The place is next to several hiking routes, thus it is easy to find interesting hikes in the area. We liked the tranquility of the environment, where one can see various birds from blackbirds to hawks. Breakfasts and dinners on the terrace were enjoyable. We did not tried restaurants in Thannenkirch, but in Bergheim, which is about 5 km from the house. There are some excellent ones like Wisstub de Sommelier and VitisBar. Naturally, the wine producers in the village are worth of visiting. Do not miss Marcel Deiss! Both Karine and Nathalie were very helpful in making our stay enjoyable in the house. It is a small paradise.

“Magnifique, un vrai paradis”
Quelques jours en famille dans cet endroit magique, une vue extraodinaire etune maison conforme a la description, entièrement equipée. La région offre de grandes possibilités et nos ados ne se sont pas ennuyés. Le temps etait au rdv et la terrasse et le jardin nous a permis de s'évader du monde. L'accueil de Karine et de Nathalie sur place est chaleureux et Utile en terme d'adresses et de conseil. Bref, c'etait super et on recommande cette location. On reviendra, c'est sur.

“lieu magique et accueil exceptionnel”
Maison très bien équipée pour 9 personnes. Le lieu insiste au repos car en pleine nature avec une vue somptueuse et dégagée sur les montagnes, la plaine d'Alsace et la Foret Noire. Nombreuses promenades très bien balisées et activités toutes proches (dont caves et restaurants de qualité). mon seul regret est que notre séjour a été trop court... A conseiller vivement d'autant que nous avons été très bien accueilli.
