A totally renovated apartment of 70sqr, one step from the biggest and main street of the city, Egnatia str. Located at the 6th floor, with new elevator, at apartment building of Greek families. Near the night life, old and well known “Modiano Market”, near to museums, old churches and monuments, surrounded with supermarkets, banks and every kind of stores and needs. The majority of the transportation passes from Egnatia str. to all directions and even the express bus 78, to and from the airport. Also 10min by bus from railway station and central bus station to travel to the rest of Greece.
So cozy and quite with 2 bedrooms that can host 4 or 5 people, great new separate kitchen with all modern facilities and new devices, great terrace with lots of flowers where you can take your breakfast, drink coffee or just relax enjoying the Greek sun.

“Exactly as described”
The apartment was exactly as described. Magda was easy to get hold of, was there to meet us, and available for advice throughout our stay.

“BAD PLACE BAD PEOPLE”
The house is clausterphobic and we unfortunately had to stay for almost a year as we had a contract. The bathroom smells!!! The worst part is the owner is very unkind. and only cares about money. DONT… More
