Villa T5 de caractère. 100 m2 Grand séjour-cuisine équipée 47 m², lumineux avec canapés, donnant sur terrasse 35 m². Cuisine : lave-vaisselle, four pyrolyse, plaque cuisson (gaz citerne), réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélateur, four micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire électrique,appareil à raclette et à fondue, nombreux rangements. Séjour : TV avec TNT satellite, piano. 1 chambre avec lit 140 donnant sur terrasse. Placard. 2 chambres avec chacune 2 lits 90. Placards et étagères. 1 chambre séparée avec 1 lit 90, lit bébé+matelas à langer et chaise haute,table+ fer à repasser. Armoire. 1 salle de bains WC avec baignoire, vasque et douche italienne, sèche cheveux, lave-linge. Placard. 1 salle d'eau avec douche et WC, lavabo. Carte des intérêts touristiques locaux, classeur de randonnées.
Extérieur : 1 grande terrasse 35 m² avec tonnelle ombragée à la belle saison avec salon de jardin, jardins en terrasses avec bains de soleil et salon de jardin, barbecue maçonné, cour arrière clôturée. Jeu pour enfants (balançoire) à l'avant de la maison.
Poêle à bois dans le salon avec bûches (bois compressé) sur demande,6 € le carton de 8 bûches.
