Description

This 14 m2 ski holiday apartment is suitable for two people. It is on the second floor of the Tommeuses building, right next to the ski slopes in Tignes Val Claret. The apartment has an official one star star comfort rating. The Tommeuses building has secure and heated ski lockers on the ground floor as well as lifts and front door digital security. It is located in a quiet area, close to shops, restaurants, ski schools and ski hire providers. The ski lifts are 100 metres from the building. On one side there is the Tufs chairlift which takes you to the slopes of Val d'Isère and on the other side the funicular providing access to the Grande Motte glacier. You can ski from and to the front door of the building!

The apartment consists of a main room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a bath and toilet. The traditional wooden furniture in the main room is functional and comfortable. In the main room there is a sofa bed (TWO SINGLE BEDS 190x80 cm), a table, two chairs, a chest of drawers, a cupboard, a flat screen television, a mirror and a shelf unit. The kitchenette has a fridge, two electric rings, a microwave oven, a fondue set and everything you should need for cooking, eating, drinking and making coffee. The bedding consists of two good quality foam mattresses, two single duvets (140 x 200 cm) and two pillows (60 x 60 cm). Please note that sheets, pillowcases and towels are NOT provided but can be rented on site. The apartment has under floor heating with an additional electric heater in the main room. The apartment is non-smoking and animals are not permitted.

End of stay cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. Disinfectant and virucide cleaning products are provided. If you do not wish to do the cleaning, please notify us, in which case you must pay a fee of €40 when picking up the keys.

A deposit of €250 must be paid, preferably by credit card, when picking up the keys. This deposit will be returned to you the day that you leave, after the apartment has been checked.

No daily hygiene products, such as soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc., and no food products except salt and pepper will be present in the apartment. However, you will be able to buy them on site (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.).

You can access the Tignes Practical Digital Guide (calendar & activities, resort alerts, webcams, weather, bus timetable, lifts, interactive trail map, bike park and more) by downloading the Tignes App.
