Superbe 2 pièces mezzanine aux pieds des pistes de Tignes 1800, front de neige devant la résidence, départ et retour skis aux pieds.

Ecole de ski, commerces.

Balcon, exposé sud, au 3 ème et denier étage, parking privé gratuit ( non déneigé l'hiver), possibilité location garage à tarif préférentiel.

WIFI

Linge non fourni mais possibilité de le louer.

Le logement

Superbe appartement T2 + mezzanine situé aux pieds des pistes de Tignes 1800.

Le front de neige est devant la résidence: départ et retour skis aux pieds, départs des cours ESF devant la résidence.

L'appartement ( 37 M2 au total) est composé au RDC ( 24 M2):

- d'une pièce à vivre avec salon, TV, DVD et kitchenette équipée : lave-vaisselle, plaque induction, lave-linge, cafetière Nespresso, cafetière filtre, appareil à raclette, appareil à fondue, etc….;

- d'une petite chambre/cabine avec lits superposés ( 1 couchage en 90X190 et & couchage en 90X200);

- d'une salle de bain avec baignoire, WC;

- d'un balcon exposé plein sud, vue sur les montagnes ( 1 transat, table extérieure).

WIFI

A l'étage: une mezzanine de 13 M2 (hauteur inférieure à 1,70m) avec un lit en 160X200.

Couettes et oreillers fournis.

Linge de maison non fournis ( serviettes et draps).

Possibilité location de linge chez un prestataire qui loue et livre directement à l'appartement le linge ( sur réservation) au tarif suivant:
