I maybe old, but I cozy, cute, and very clean.
This is a small one (1) bedroom house with a complete enclosed bathroom, completely furnished kitchen, and living room.
It is set to accommodate two (2) people, although it can sleep two (3).
There is a $10 per person per night charge for each additional person more than one (1).
It comes furnished with an Air condition, Heater, Ceiling fan, Washer, Dryer, Carport, and large yard with outdoor sitting and dining areas.
Few blocks from the Indian River from where rocket launches can be viewed, or for just relaxing.
Our cozy and comfortable bungalow provides easy access to the area's most prized and rich activities. To beaches, Kennedy Space Center, Sky Dive Space Center in Titusville, Canaveral National Seashore, Merritt Island Wild Life Refuge, bird watching, swimming, surfing, hiking, fishing, airboat rides, water sports, deep sea fishing, manatee watching, nature classes.
Minutes from historic downtown Titusville.
Easy drive to Port Canaveral, Cocoa Village, Orlando and all it's world renown attractions, Daytona Beach, Melbourne.
It is close to restaurants, beaches, National Parks, Port Canaveral, the cruise terminals, and off shore casinos.
