With private swimming pool heated and Jacuzzi : In Burgundy, to 8 km of Tonnerre, 15 km of CHABLIS, to 2 h of Paris, 3 h Lyon by A6, this old farm 8 bedrooms, air conditionning, nicely restored in calms of its closed garden and of its beautiful green environment, at the periphery of the small village of Roffey, will allow you to discover this soil full with richnesses: Castles of Tanlay and Ancy le Franc, Abbeys of Pontigny and Fontenay, chefs d'oeuvres of Burgundian art, old laundrettes, churches, classified villages of Tonnerrois.

All contributes to allure you : the famous vineyards, the reception of the vine growers and the famous gastronomy of this area.

Private swimming pool warmed april to november and secured by electric cover, Jacuzzi all year long. Big covered terrace, with kitchen/ dining room summer and barbecue, in front of the swimming pool. Garden closed with games for the children and outdoor furniture
