Description
This condo complex is your one-stop ocean getaway destination. All guests of F-218 can enjoy the oceanfront proximity of the condo with beach access, use of the clubhouse featuring a fireplace, kitchenette, lounge area, pool, locker rooms, boat launch/storage, docks and community-wide wireless internet.
This particular condo, unit F-218, is a three bedroom, two bath condo located on the second floor. Cozy and bright, this unit provides gorgeous views of the ocean from the oceanfront deck, living room and master bedroom.A large kitchen to your right provides everything to make a fabulous meal during your stay including an eating area under an open bar. A small dining area is set to the side with seating for five.
Continuing into the large living room, you will find comfortable furniture with plenty of seating and a flat screen TV mounted in the corner. For extra sleeping accommodations, the couch can be pulled out to a queen sleeper sofa.
The master bedroom is also located on the ocean side of the condo with a king bed, large glass doors with views of the ocean as well as a private bath. On the sound side of the unit, two additional bedrooms can be found. Bedroom two has a queen bed, while bedroom three has a king bed with a twin bunk conveniently above it. Both of these rooms offer flat screen TVs. Off of bedroom two is the sound side deck with views of the sound and dock area.
The ocean view from the main deck is impossible to beat. Best of all, with the deck being partially covered, you have your choice of lying in the sun or relaxing in the shade. Queens Grant is F-218 is your one-stop-shop for a fun and fabulous beach getaway.

Also, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation.

Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative,
insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
