The cottage has a double and a twin room, a kitchen, bathroom and a sitting room with dining area. Outside is off road parking for one car, and a patio with furniture. The amenities and beach of Torquay are just a couple of miles away, and the rest of this lovely part of the Devon coastline is within easy reach, making 23 Fowey Avenue the ideal base all year round.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Virgin Media, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private courtyard garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. “Great stay in Torquay”
