Description
Fittasi ampia villa immersa nel verde all'interno del complesso residenziale “Boomerang”, completamente ristrutturata e finemente arredata, composta da: cinque camere da letto (tre quadruple e due triple, per un totale di 18 posti letto), quattro bagni (di cui tre all'interno delle camere), cucina completamente attrezzata e salone doppio. La villa, di 190 mq, è circondata da un giardino di oltre 2000 mq (con campo da bocce e rete da pallavolo), fornito di barbecue, forno a legna, lavabo e docce esterne con acqua calda.
Nella dotazione della casa sono compresi anche una lavatrice, tre frigoriferi e ventole a soffitto in tutte le stanze. Parcheggio interno.
Su richiesta possono essere forniti biancheria da letto e da bagno ad un costo extra di €15/persona.
La casa può ospitare da 4 a 18 persone. Le stanze saranno utilizzabile in base al quantitativo di ospiti che fanno la richiesta . Le stanze inutilizzate tra quelle proposte saranno chiuse a chiave. Gli ospiti sceglieranno prima del soggiorno le stanze che vorranno occupare. In questo modo si rende fruibile la casa per tutti i tipi di gruppi. Tutti gli spazi comuni ed esterni saranno pienamente godibili dai nostri ospiti.
I nostri soggiorni vanno da sabato a sabato, ma potete contattarci per verificare la disponibilità ad effettuare check-in e check-out in altri giorni.
La residenza dista meno di cinque minuti di auto dal centro di Avetrana e due minuti circa dall'affascinante lungomare di Torre Colimena (dove sono presenti tutte le comodità necessarie come mini market, tabaccai e ristoranti). Qui è possibile usufruire della splendida spiaggia nella riserva Naturale della Salina dei Monaci. In meno di cinque minuti d’auto è possibile, inoltre, raggiungere la magnifica spiaggia di Punta Prosciutto, tra le più affascinanti della costiera salentina. Tra i punti di interesse facilmente raggiungibili in auto segnaliamo: Porto Cesareo (10 minuti circa), Campomarino (25 minuti circa), Gallipoli (40 minuti circa), Lecce (circa 45 minuti), Otranto (un’ora circa).
