Description

A fantastic penthouse apartment located in Pueble Latino near to Torre de la Horadada available for holiday rental.

This lovely apartment is fully furnished with contemporary modern furniture and is fully equipped for self catering.

The apartment is located in a private urbanization with a shared swimming pool and childrens play area set in the gardens.

The balcony of the apartment overlooks the inside of the development and the pool and garden areas.

The building itself has a lift for those not so comfortable with stairs. Once inside the apartment everything is on the same level except the roof solarium which is accessed via a flight of stairs inside the apartment.

Air conditioning is fitted to the living room and both bedrooms for the warmer months and bed linen and towels are provided for use in the apartment. Please bring beach towels for use by the pool and on the beach.

Mil Palmeras beach is just a few minutes walk from the apartment and the towns of Terre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeras are an easy walk from the property. There is plenty of choice for eating out in Torre de la Horadada and there is a very nice marina that is overlooked by several cafe's and restaurants.

Both Mil Palmeras and Torre de la Horadada have supermarkets and you can find a few larger ones in the nearby town of Pilar de la Horadada.

Car hire is not essential as there are local buses and taxis are readily available.

Please be aware that as this is new development building work is still going on nearby.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of the local town of Torre del la Horadada where there a many cafe's, restaurants and bars and a local supermarket. There are local buses and taxis are readily available.

Muy bien organizado y muy atentos con algunos imprevistos. Se nota que son profesionales. La vivienda muy fresca para el verano, casi no es necesario el aire acondicionado.

Great apartment in a great location. Well maintained pool area which is cleaned every day. Very short walk to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Total chill out holiday

How do damage deposits work?
