Situata nella nuova zona residenziale di Torre Lapillo distante dal mare solo 800 mt circa, sorge una splendida villa finemente arredata e così composta:
Luminoso soggiorno con angolo cottura (rifinita cucina in muratura) e divano letto (2 posti letto);
2 camere matrimoniali di cui una con letti divisibili (entrambe complete di 2 grandi armadi);
Bagno con box doccia e lavatrice;
Ampia veranda attrezzata per piacevoli serate in compagnia,
Area relax disposta in giardino (180 mq);
Tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di aria condizionata e zanzariere.
A disposizione per l'intera vacanza: barbecue, asse e ferro da stiro, stoviglie, pentolame e tovagliato
