Appartamento situato a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Torre Pedrera, ma comunque in zona tranquilla.
L'appartamento si trova al primo piano ed è provvisto di un'ampia zona giorno con cucina e salotto e balcone e due camere da letto. La spiaggia attrezzata si trova a 100 mt dalla casa. I proprietari abitano nella stessa struttura. Supermarket,forno,farmacia,pizzeria,bar, tabacchi e qualsiasi altro negozio sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochissimi minuti, quindi, volendo l'automobile potrebbe stare ferma per tutta la durata della vacanza. Per chi ama comunque spostarsi, le fermate autobus per andare a Rimini centro o ai centri commerciali sono a cinque minuti a piedi.
Per le persone più attive l'entroterra offre tantissime alternative, dai castelli (San Leo, Verucchio, San Marino, Gradara) ai piccoli borghi molto suggestivi e caratteristici dove si possono assaggiare i piatti romagnoli.
I motociclisti sono i benvenuti, con la possibilità di lasciare la propria motocicletta all'interno del giardino e qualche consiglio su itinerari e mete d'interesse.
E' disponibile nella stessa struttura, anche un appartamento con una sola camera (ID8796143)
