La villetta in affitto che proponiamo è ubicata nel centro di Torre San Giovanni a pochi metri da tutti i servizi e a 200 metri dal lungomare a scoglio basso.

La villetta dispone di doppia veranda, una sul davanti e una più riservata sul retro, attrezzata con mobili da esterno ideale per le cene all'aperto o per rilassarsi durante i pomeriggi afosi.

E' sviluppata su 2 piani: piano terra e piano tavernetta.

Al piano terra è presente:

-soggiorno pranzo (con angolo cottura e Tv Color) collegato con la veranda esterna con Tv Color

-lavastoviglie

-bagno completo di doccia

-1 camera matrimoniale

-1 camera doppia

Al piano tavernetta una zona living con:

-Tv color

-1 camera da letto matrimoniali

-bagno completo di doccia

-lavatrice

La villetta completamente recintata con cancello, è dotata anche di aria condizionata su entrambi i piani. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno (con ridotto passaggio pedonale) o su strada davanti il cancello.

I litorali infatti distano solo pochi metri dalla villetta, a solo 550 metri si trovano i primi lidi attrezzati ma anche spiagge libere con possibilità di noleggio canoe barche e surf. Un litorale che si estende per oltre 13 chilometri fino alla spiaggia più in del Salento ”Le Maldive” nella marina di Pescoluse.

Torre San Giovanni, una delle tre marine di Ugento, conosciuta principalmente per i suoi litorali di sabbia insieme con le altre due marine presenti Torre Mozza e Lido Marini.
