La villetta di questo annuncio, denominata "VILLETTA YELLOW", di proprietà di Davide Malagnino, è una graziosa abitazione di recente costruzione interamente al pian terreno. Si trova in via Spalato 3, alla periferia di Torre San Giovanni, sulla litoranea Jonica Gallipoli/Leuca, in un rione residenziale tranquillo composto da poche abitazioni e villette estive.
E' ideale per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante, lontano dal caos cittadino.
La casa è distante solo 70 metri dal mare (balneabile del tipo scogliera bassa a livello del mare) e 950 metri dalla prima spiaggia di sabbia libera/attrezzata.
I primi servizi essenziali come bar, supermercati, pizzerie e luoghi di passeggio si trovano nel raggio di 500 mt. Situata in una posizione strategica, in meno di 5 minuti d'auto, (3,5 km), si raggiungono le lunghe distese di sabbia più famose del Salento con il mare sempre verde e cristallino: natura a dir poco caraibica.
La villetta di questo annuncio si compone di:
- Soggiorno arredato con mobili nuovi, parete attrezzata con tv led 32", tavolo allungabile 6 posti, divano 3 posti a sedere che diventa un comodo letto singolo su materasso ortopedico.
- Cucinotto: la cucina è corredata di pentole e stoviglie per 6 persone e capiente frigorifero TOTAL NO FROST per una migliore conservazione dei cibi;
- Bagno con doccia;
- Camera matrimoniale;
- Cameretta con due lettini singoli che al bisogno possono essere uniti in letto matrimoniale;
- Area esterna recintata, arredata con mobili da giardino, barbecue in muratura; La veranda è ideale per colazioni o cene all'aperto con vista mare.
Tutti i letti e divano letto sono corredati di materassi nuovi anallergici protetti a loro volta da copri-materassi igienici estraibili, da noi forniti e sostituiti ad ogni cambio ospite per una maggiore igiene Vostra e degli stessi materassi.
Tutte le finestre sono protette da zanzariere.

Per quanto riguarda la biancheria, se venite in auto, potete portare tranquillamente la vostra tanto in casa c'è la lavatrice a vostro uso esclusivo.
Circa il climatizzatore, la casa è interamente al pian terreno e vicino al mare pertanto è ventilata e fresca di suo, quindi tale uso è superfluo e dipende sempre dalle abitudini ed esigenze delle persone ovviamente.
La villetta Yellow ha il posto auto all' esterno a voi riservato, su strada pubblica, per niente trafficata in quanto la stradina come può vedere dalla mappa , finisce dietro casa nostra, e pertanto ci transitano solo i residenti.
