A pochi metri dallo splendido mare del Salento, a Torre S.Giovanni, località turistica in provincia di Lecce, si affittano appartamenti in villa. Situata in una posizione sopraelevata, questa gode di un bellissimo panorama ed è circondata dalla macchia mediterranea e dagli ulivi. Possiede un ampio giardino , parcheggio privato interno al giardino e tutti i confort.
L'appartamento si trova sulla parte superiore della villa con una splendida vista sulla macchia mediterranea e con vista mare ,l'appartamento è composto da una camera da letto spaziosa ben arredata ,soleggiata e luminosa, la cucina è dotata di tutti i confort ,con affaccio su un patio coperto di mq 40, arredato si tavolo con sedie barbecue, poltroncine e panchina,per poter pranzare o cenare all'aria aperta e godersi in pieno la bellezza del posto , godendosi dei tramonti spettacolari,inoltre vi è un terrazzo solarium molto grande. d
Il bagno è comodo in camera da letto ,fornito di ampio parcheggio interno alla villa video sorvegliato 24 h su 24 h .La villa dispone di biciclette messe a vostra disposizione per delle passeggiate in libertà , zona giochi dedicata ai bambi i di diverse età , piscina dedicata ai ragazzi e due play station per intrattenere i ragazzi .
La località turistica di Torre S.Giovanni si trova a pochi chilometri da altre bellissime zone come Torre Pali, Pescoluse, Torre Mozza, che si susseguono sulla litoranea fino a giungere a S.Maria di Leuca o proseguendo dal lato opposto, a Gallipoli. Nel paese di Torre S.Giovanni, vicino alla villa, è possibile trovare tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno; supermercati, farmacie, bar, ristoranti e quant'altro. A pochi metri dalla villa ci sono le spiagge sabbiose e i tanti lidi attrezzati raggiungibili sia con una breve passeggiata, a piedi in bici. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche un maneggio dove poter fare delle passeggiate in spiaggia a cavallo.
Il soggiorno nel Salento offre innumerevoli possibilità di svago: si può scegliere di camminare sul lungomare e mangiare in una delle tante trattorie, o visitare i caratteristici paesi dove per tutta l'estate si svolgono sagre e feste dove si balla e ascolta la pizzica, o ancora, visitare centri più grandi come Lecce e Otranto con le loro chiese barocche e S.Cesarea Terme, Porto Cesareo e Porto Selvaggio con il loro mare cristallino. Insomma, ci sono tanti buoni motivi per venire in Salento!
