There are two well-furnished mini-apartments, with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor space to spend pleasant evenings outdoors, an apartment with two large rooms for four, maximum eight people, a TV lounge that on the occasion becomes a third bedroom and a 250 sqm terrace, in addition to another equipped porch that allows a break in the cool to admire the breathtaking view and the sea, and an apartment consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and fireplace, as well as a personal terrace with sea view. The mini-apartments are rented together with sheets and towels, fans and mid-week change. The tourist resort of Torre S.Giovanni is located a few kilometers from other beautiful areas such as Torre Pali, Pescoluse, Torre Mozza, which follow each other on the coast road until you reach S. Maria di Leuca or continuing from the opposite side, to Gallipoli. In the village of Torre S. Giovanni, near the villa, you can find everything you need; supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and so on. A few meters from the villa there are sandy beaches and many equipped beaches accessible by a short walk, on foot by bike. Nearby there is also a riding school where you can take walks on the beach on horseback. The stay in Salento offers countless possibilities for recreation: you can choose to walk along the promenade and eat in one of the many trattorias, or visit the characteristic villages where festivals and parties are held throughout the summer where you can dance and listen to the pizzica, or still, visit bigger centers like Lecce and Otranto with their baroque churches and S.Cesarea Terme, Porto Cesareo and Porto Selvaggio with their crystalline sea. In short, there are many good reasons to come to Salento!
