The house of this ad, called "RED HOUSE" by Davide Malagnino properties, is a charming recently built entirely on the ground floor. It is located in Split 3, the outskirts of San Giovanni Torre, on the coast Jonica Gallipoli / Leuca, in a quiet residential neighborhood composed of a few houses and summer cottages. And 'ideal for those seeking a relaxing vacation away from the busy city. The house is only 70 meters from the sea (bathing the low cliffs kind at sea level) and 950 meters from the first free / equipped sandy beach. The first essential services such as bars, supermarkets, pizzerias and strolling places are located within 500 meters.
