The Miraflores IV bungalow is situated in the popular beach resort of Playa Flamenca with two lovely pools and well kept gardens. Miraflores IV is a few minutes walk away from a large supermarket, the sandy beach of Playa Flamenca and the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre.

Playa Flamenca is ideal for all types of holidaymakers. It caters for a fun-filled family holiday, a beach holiday or a golfing holiday. With plenty of entertainment around this will be a rewarding and relaxing holiday.

House rules

Please note that we need a day to clean the place after the guest leaves and therefore a new booking cannot be on the same day as the previous guests departure date.Please ensure that the awning is closed when you go out or when it is windy as it could get damaged. Switch off aircon when you are out. On the day of the departure ensure that the bins are emptied and the oven/ crockery cleaned and left in place.
Check in after 10 pm may incur additional charge of 15 euros.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Raj (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
