The apartment is very popular with our overseas guests especially from Scandinavia: Sweden, Finland & Norway, Denmark. The complex is directly facing a Blue Flag Beach, it has all your home comfort free Fibre internet Wi-Fi, 55-inch smart TV in the sitting and Master Bedroom.

THE COMPLEX IS JUST OPPOSITE A BLUE FLAG BEACH

THE APARTMENT HAS A LARGE TERRACE AND A VERY SUNNY ROOF-TERRACE

THERE IS FIBER BROADBAND AND 5G FOR ALL YOUR MOBILE DEVICES

THERE ARE 2 SMART TVS WITH ALL UK CHANNELS, NETFLIX, AND SPANISH TV IN LOUNGE IN THE MASTER BEDROOM THERE IS SKY FREE TO VIEW CHANNLES AND NETFLIX

The apartment complex is right next to the award-winning Blue Flag beach of Los Locos with its first aid post and lifeguards, a safe environment for swimmers & children. The residence is set around a tranquil stone floored courtyard with a pond. You have your own private roof-terrace and large terrace. The balcony overlooks an oasis of palm trees with lateral sea views.

There are lots of restaurants nearby from Chinese to Italian and Spanish all within walking distance.

There is s pizzeria with take-away service, lovely Spanish restaurants along the seafront offering a selection of menus at reasonable prices including a bottle of wine free for couples (La Boca, Tribeca, Ibiza) and a traditional Irish pub less than 5 min walk away showing Sky Sports. On the beach itself, there are several typically Spanish "chiringuitos" (Beach Bars) where you can enjoy a glass of sangria or ice-cold beers with tapas between sunbathing sessions. For the sportier types, there are several golf courses within a 30-minute drive.

It is also ideal for winter breaks: Torrevieja is open all year round with its host of trendy boutiques & restaurants. I recommend Carrefour Supermarket for your food shopping and the new Las Habaneras Shopping Centre with loads of trendy boutiques (about 10 mins drive if you have a car).

The bathroom has a small hydro bath. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside living space consists of a large terrace with a spiral staircase leading up to your own private roof-terrace, with sun loungers where you can sunbathe and eat alfresco.

Please note that due to high cost of electric in Spain that we have had to install a meter for the A/C which take 1 and 2 euros all other electric is free

To get around if you have not got a car is very easy there is a bus stop on the seafront where you can get a bus any where you wont if you wont to go to other city is Spain you can go to the bus station in town where you can catch a bus to any part of Spain there is also an airport bus that runs every hour to Alicante Airport cost is 7 euro.
