Description

This holiday home has been visited by Holiday Lettings. Positioned in a great location. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, spacious and modern apartment is situated in a lovely quite location with distant sea views and is only a 15 minute stroll or a 5 minute drive to the beach. Recently redecorated, bed linen by Dorma, new sun-loungers and 2 new modern ceiling fans in both bedrooms which are operated by a remote control. Car port under the apartment to keep your car cool for those hot summer months. WIFI and air con available.

Set in a beautiful complex with well kept communal gardens and off road parking for one car, we have the added luxury of having 2 very quite communal pools, in the high season they is a lifeguard in both pools. Both pools are 1 main walk from the apartment.

Our apartment is the ideal home in the sun, and for those winter holidays. The large terrace is great for eating alfresco.

Playa Flamenca is a lovely community, with lots to do for young and old alike. It is a quiet place to live, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars close enough to be a lively holiday if you want it to be.

Torrevieja is renowned for its large inland salt lakes, and has the best climate in the Costa Blanca. There are certain areas where you can go and bathe in the lakes, and the mud is said to be beneficial for all sorts of medical complaints, such as arthritis and eczema. Best of all its free to do this!!!

There is a local market in Torreveija every week, and is worth visiting, but the best and largest street market is in Playa Flamenca every Saturday (only a 3 minute walk from the apartment), perfect for buying presents.

Even when you are tired of the beach and pool, you can find lots to do in the local area, and if you like shopping!! l, 'Zenia Boulevard', the largest shopping centre in the Alicante Province, opened its doors in Sept 2012, (a 10 min walk ) the centre accommodates popular national, international and locals brands such as the hypermarket Alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Norauto, Conforama, Casino del Mediterraneo, Tenpin bowling, Primark, Inditex with Zara and their other trademarks H&M, C&A, Deichmann, Guess, Geox, Swarovski, Punto Roma, baby centre and many others.

You can walk to the beach which only takes 15 mins, walk to the bars and restaurants, the nearest one being 5 mins. The large shopping centre a 10 min walk.

We rented this apartment in Playa Flamenca for 9 nights and it was ideal. Everything you need was provided and it was clean,comfortable and in a good position. Lots of sunshine! The owner was very helpful and friendly and Joe was very helpful too.

“Apatment was in a excellent position to get to everything you need”

Apartment was clean with everything you need but never did find the dishwasher haha . Swimming pools were excellent ideal for young and old and was never crowded .Lovely and clean. La Zenia shopping centre perfect and market was great fruit was delicious The one and only problem was could have done with two sun loungers Catherine arranged pick up and everything went as arranged. Lovely apartment. Clean and comfortable with all amenities you could need. Within 15 minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Two pools on property which were never overly crowded. Was exactly like description. Would recommend

“Home from home”

Apartment was spotless and in a quiet gated community. It was in a good location and only 5 minutes walk to the nearest bar/restaurant with loads more nearby. Beach is approx 15min walk. The apartment had everything for a great holiday including UK tv channels. Top patio caught the morning sun for breakfast with a lower patio for afternoon sun. Two very quiet communial pools. Booked again for June. Would highly recommend.
