Description
Holiday home located in the heart of Playa Flamenca in the quiet yet lovely Miraflores II community. Elegant and peaceful, but close to Torrevieja with its all amenities. Ideal for golf enthusiasts and watersports. Local Saturday market is just around the corner, where mouth watering specialities are sold all day. The new commercial centre "Zenia Bulevard" is in 10 min. walking time.
This lovely house comprises of 2 double bedrooms situated on the ground floor, both with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. For your comfort air conditioning is installed. There is a family size bathroom with a bath, overbath shower, wc, bidet and marble vanity basin and another one upstairs with a shower, basin and wc. The upstairs is a large open place, which consists of a comfortable lounge area with 1 sofabed, 2 sofas, armchairs, 2 coffee tables, a LED TV with a choice of English channels and a feature fireplace. The middle section is a dining area with an extending table and comfy seating for 6. Patio doors lead to an oversized conservatory and terrace. UNlimited optical WiFi is available.
On the left hand size there is a fully equipped kitchen, from where another door leads outside.
The solarium has a sofa, dining table with four chairs and 2 sunloungers, BBQ. During the summer, the glass will retract providing a cool breeze. Extending further, the lovely terrace equipped with a table and chairs overlooks the pool and immaculate gardens.

“Perfect holiday”
A nice property on a lovely urbanisation with 2 communal pools, which were very welcoming in the hotel weather. Close to all amenities, restaurants, shops. This was our 2nd visit to the apartment, with everything you need including air con. Special thanks to Diana and amp for allowing us to get into the apartment a lot earlier on the day of our arrival, very much appreciated and thanks to nigel too.

“Nice location but needs updating”
Stayed for 6 days oct 2019 with family .Appartment was in a ideal place .Having stayed in playa flamenca 5 times this appartment was not as modern as previous ones .It really needs some money spent on it .Also there was no cleaning products left to do our own clean ,towels and bedding were old and need replacing .

“Perfect spot.”
