Appartamento sulle terrazze di una villa anni '30 sul lungomare in posizione centrale, su 2 livelli (2° e 3° piano), con qualche gradino all'interno.
2 camere matrimoniali, 2 posti letto in soggiorno, cucina abitabile, bagno, ampie terrazze sul mare.
Appartamento al 2° piano accessibile con 3 rampe di scale, con alcuni gradini interni, arioso e fresco d'estate, con arredamento familiare.
Al 2° piano sono presenti 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 soggiorno con 2 letti singoli (con possibilità di unirli) e terrazzo per mangiare con splendido affaccio sul mare, bagno e cucina attrezzata.
Tramite pochi scalini si accede prima ad un'amplissima terrazza privata che affaccia sul lungomare e sulla pineta comune e poi, tramite rampa scoperta, al terrazzo della villa con seconda camera con 2 letti singoli nella torre e meravigliosa vista a 360°.
Possibilità di parcheggiare la bicicletta nelle aree comuni.
Tutte le terrazze menzionate nella descrizione sono private e non condivise con gli altri appartamenti della villa.
Tortoreto Lido è una località di villeggiatura ideale soprattutto per famiglie.
Spiaggia molto profonda, sia libera che dello stabilimento Sirena, di fronte alla villa.
E' presente una lunga pista ciclabile su tutto il lungomare che collega Tortoreto con i paesi limitrofi, Giulianova e Alba Adriatica.
Parcheggio a pagamento e/o gratuito nelle strade circostanti.
Supermercato, bar e tabacchi a breve distanza.
Tortoreto Lido può essere facilmente raggiunto tramite treno da Pescara e Ancona e tramite autobus dalla stazione di Roma Tiburtina e dagli aeroporti di Fiumicino e Ciampino.
Sono presenti autobus di collegamento alle stazioni FS di Giulianova e S. Benedetto del Tronto.
Bambini molto piccoli e persone anziane potrebbero avere qualche difficoltà con le scale.
Uso rispettoso delle aree comuni; si prega di rispettare la quiete nelle prime ore pomeridiane.
Possibilità di ospitare un animale domestico.
