The apartment is located on the first floor - served by a lift - in a refined and prestigious residence in the town of Toscolano-Maderno (Brescia). The complex is located in the historical center of Maderno and has been converted from a careful restoration of an ancient villa with adjoining limonaia (still included in the common parts). The apartment, which is characterized by its breadth and the wooden beams, consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette, overlooking a comfortable balcony overlooking the historic center, bathroom and bedroom with a romantic terrace open to the lake and the pool below-common green area. The level of finish is excellent. In the basement is a large garage. The apartment and its environment are suitable for those who want to stay in a refined, quiet and private, and at the same time convenient to services and just a few hundred meters from the lake shores. The complex benefits from an infinity pool of a good size (finely finished), with a comfortable sunbathing area and large green spaces surrounding municipalities, including a pergola with tables, benches and barbecue. The whole is also adjacent to a splendid beauty farm, to bind to a stay of rest also the care and well-being of the person.

Evidently we share an identical sensitivity. We also spend part of our holidays in Toscolano Maderno, but each time it is a new and wonderful emotion.The place is really like you and your family experienced it: evocative, refined, quiet and often inhabited by few people so it can happen that you have the entire pool for yourself. There, you are always really good and you can relax. Furthermore you can leave your car in the garage and easily reach all the services in the immediate vicinity on foot: supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, suggestive lakeside bars. We really hope we can still have you as our guest. Best wishes.
