Description
Vous recherchez un grand appartement ( 90m2) au calme avec une magnifique vue panoramique imprenable sur la mer?
Le nôtre répondra à vos attentes.
La maison est située au bout d'une voie sans issue et exposée plein sud. Bien entendu, il n'y a pas de vis à vis. Le logement est de plain pied et la terrasse est très grande. On voit la mer de toutes les pièces (même du lit !)
Cuisine -- salon / salle à manger -- 2 chambres avec un lit en 140 -- 1 chambre avec deux lits en 90 -- WC -- Salle de bain.
IMPORTANT
Nos derniers vacanciers ont cassé un lit en 90 !
Nous ne pourrons le remplacer qu'en mars.
Jusque là il n'y aura donc plus que deux lits en 140 mais un seul en 90.
Comme nous habitons le logement une partie de l'année il y a tout ce qu'il faut au niveau équipement.
L'appartement n'est pas adapté pour une personne sur un fauteuil roulant (baignoire + largeur des portes).
Grand parking juste à côté de la maison .
WIFI gratuit.
Accès direct à la plage :5 minutes ( petit sentier qui y descend ou par la route de la corniche)
Le logement vient d'être entièrement rénové.
Hors vacances scolaires possibilité de louer pour un week-end ou seulement quelques jours en semaine. 85€ la nuit plus charges.
Les draps ne sont pas fournis mais on peut éventuellement vous dépanner moyennant 8€ de location par paire de draps. Nous venons d'acheter des matelas mémoire de forme de 30 cm d'épaisseur pour les lits en 140. Il est préférable de prévoir des draps housse avec des bonnets adaptés même si les draps courants peuvent aussi faire !
Forfait ménage de 80€.
Il est demandé une caution de 500€ restituée au départ du locataire après un état des lieux ( compter une demi-heure environ ) déduction faite d'éventuels frais liés à des dégradations .
Les vacanciers devront fournir à leur arrivée une attestation d'assurance responsabilité civile.
Lannion se trouve à une dizaine de kilomètres .
NOUS N'ACCEPTONS PLUS LES CHATS ( suite à des détériorations)
Pour un petit chien " bien élevé" nous demander .
If you are looking for a quiet place by the sea to spend your holidays, then come to our apartment in Trebeurden, Brittany.
Trebeurden is approximately one hour's drive from Roscoff, a lovely little town, which can be reached by ferry from England.
It is located on 'The Pink Granite Coast' ('Côte de granit rose'). Gorgeous scenery and beautiful sandy beaches await you all along the coast. And, if you like walking along by the sea, the 'Sentier des douaniers' (Customs Officers' Path) runs just below our house and is several miles long.
Our flat overlooks the sea with an open outlook. The view is panoramic. You can see the sea from all the rooms, even from your bed! You won't be disappointed.
The apartment is spacious and clean. It has been redecorated and is situated on a very big plot with trees and flowers. It is ground level . There is parking for up to three cars beside it.
Garden furniture is at your disposal on the huge terrace.
It takes about 5mins to walk to the beach.
In Trebeurden you will find all the facilities: a supermarket, disco and lots of restaurants. The nearest town (Lannion) is only 15 mins drive away.

“Très bon séjour”
Malgré un temps instable, nous avons pleinement profité de la vue sur la mer. Nous nous sommes promenés le long de la côte directement depuis la location, l'occasion de s'oxygéner et de prendre quelques belles photos d'hiver en Bretagne. A recommander.
