L'appartamento si trova al piano terra di una tranquilla e graziosa villetta indipendente alle pendici del Vesuvio e ad appena 1 km dal mare: una posizione geografica strategica che permette di raggiungere facilmente le principali località turistiche, grazie anche alla brevissima distanza (250 m.) dalla stazione della circumvesuviana, servizio di treni ad orario continuo che in pochi minuti vi porterà a Pompei (5 min.), Ercolano (15 min.), Napoli (25 min.), Sorrento (35 min.).
Molto vicino anche il casello autostradale dell' A3 Napoli/Salerno (800 metri), punto di partenza ideale per chi è diretto in auto verso la costiera amalfitana (Amalfi, Positano, Ravello) e la costiera sorrentina: una soluzione ottimale che consente di pianificare tanti itinerari interessanti da seguire durante il soggiorno.
La superficie è di circa 70 mq e dispone di un comodo e indipendente ingresso.
La casa è composta da:
- una camera da letto matrimoniale con possibilità di aggiungere due letti singoli con bagno completo in camera;
- una camera da letto matrimoniale con possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo con bagno completo in camera e un piccolo terrazzo con tavolo e sedie ad uso esclusivo;
- un ampio soggiorno composta da una zona pranzo, da un accogliente angolo conversazione con giornali, libri, tv, internet senza fili, da una rustica cucina in muratura completamente attrezzata, con piano cottura, macchina per caffè espresso, macchina per cappuccino, tostapane, forno a microonde ed elettrico, frigorifero, forno, lavatrice e lavastoviglie.
I bagni privati delle due camere da letto ensuite con finestra sono dotati di wc, bidet, lavabo, cabina doccia, asciugacapelli e set asciugamani.
Tutte le camere sono fornite di TV a schermo piatto, internet WI-FI gratuito e il soggiorno affaccia su un grazioso giardino, arredato con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone, ad uso esclusivo, con possibilità di consumare i pasti nei giorni di bel tempo.
Per la permanenza dei bambini da zero a due anni oltre al soggiorno gratuito è fornita anche una confortevole culla lettino.
Facile possibilità di parcheggio gratuito lungo la strada prospiciente la villa.
Su richiesta, è possibile servirsi di un parcheggio a pagamento a 150 metri dalla casa vacanze in uno spazio recintato, con sorveglianza di 4 videocamere, al prezzo di 8 euro giornaliero.
Il servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto è a pagamento.
Si può utilizzare di un servizio di autonoleggio a 150 metri dalla struttura, previo accettazione del preventivo.
