This typical Breton cottage benefits from a secluded location in a magnificent setting.

Close to a sandy beach (with direct access), the cottage is set on 2800m2 of wooded land with a running stream against the background of rambling countryside. Sea-view from the garden. Would you have any questions feel free to contact us.

The house has 5 rooms on two levels : on ground floor (access via steps) you have an independent kitchen, the living-dining room with a large stone fireplace, 1 bathroom (shower only), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Separate toilets.

On first floor : 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm).

Patio (35 m2) with garden furniture.

Nous sommes tr�s heureux que ce s�jour vous ait plu et nous vous remercions d'avoir bien pris soin de notre maison. Afin d'�viter toute confusion, nous tenons toutefois � pr�ciser ceci: Les t�l�phones mobiles fonctionnent (appels et sms) mais c'est vrai qu il n'y a pas de reseau internet mobile. Nous avons donc mis en place un acc�s internet par satellite afin de permettre aux personnes qui le souhaitent de rester connect�es. Toutefois il n'est pas rare que certains de nos h�tes se r�jouissent d'�tre quelque temps "coup�s du monde". Ce n'est donc en aucun cas une option � prendre d'office, cela est laiss� au libre choix de chacun.

“EXCELLENT WEEK”

On arrival we were very impressed of the beautiful small valley with this property as the only one in the valley. Only 80 m from the beach, we found stillness and relaxation. We liked to go to the beach and saw gorgious sunsets, as well as we used the big fireplace to end the days with some drinks. Lannion is a nice town with weekly market and some supermarkets. The coast is so beautiful, in similarity to Cornwall. We found everything exactly as described and we can say the fotos don't lie. All information we got was very good (route description etc.) and all rooms were clean and in good order. We would recommend this property to family and friends and would like to come back some time. We liked the beach bar for eating but mostly we cooked ourselves. This was one of our best holidays ever. Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
