The property is located in a strategic area than all the city's attractions, including beaches, historical and cultural sites, a 20-minute walk from the train station (5 minutes by car or public transport).

The apartment has air conditioning, heating, kitchen, fridge and freezer, toilet and shower facility, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies where you can enjoy a beautiful view from the Hill of San Giusto and the Church of Montuzza to the Miramare Castle, passing a wide view of the city and the hills that surround the town. Tv and wifi are free. The apartment is a way to experience the city from within, sharing life, experiencing a different reality from that of origin, especially if it comes from outside Italy.

The property is close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, post offices and banks; within walking distance of the Ospedale Maggiore di Trieste, a ten minute walk from the children's Hospital Burlo Garofalo; on the road to the Cattinara hospital. It is well connected to the public transportation system, as well as with private lines to and from Slovenia and Croatia, as well as the motorway network for Venice, Udine, Milano, Italy, Slovenia, Austria and Croatia.

From the area where we are is the center city or muversi can walk to public transport to visit: - The Castle of San Giusto and Cathedral; Museo Sartorio; Revoltella; Oriental Art; Morpurgo; of the Sea; Railway; Marine Aquarium; Rice Mill of San Sabba; De Henriquez; Ethnographic Servola; From the stop of Largo Sonnino with 20 line you reach Muggia resorts on the shores of the sea, the former Venetian colony. With the line 6 via Battisti or Via Carducci you can reach the Castello di Miramare, falling to Grignano (secondary entrance), and coming out from the main entrance a long walk up to the Barcola pine forest.

Interaction with guest

We will be present to hand over the keys as well, to record the guests, and also for the withdrawal thereof and Delivery report. Also we are willing to move from the apartment every three days for a checkup. Available to give all the necessary information in addition to what you will find in the apartment as a map and brochure.
