This 1-bedroom self-catering apartment is equipped to luxury standards and situated on a 5-star apartment complex in Iskele - full of attractions designed in an elegant Roman style, in a terrific location only 5 minutes from the beach - one of the only sandy beaches in the region, close to the airport, main cities and picturesque villages. Famagusta is only 10 minutes drive away and Bogaz, the beautiful fishing village and marina, is right next door. It is currently 35 minutes from a professional 18-hole golf course but there is also another planned to be built next to the resort.

The apartment enjoys both mountain and sea views from its balcony. It is air conditioned throughout, has a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, family bathroom, ceramic flooring throughout and is double glazed throughout. It has been tastefully furnished and is suitable for both long-term and short-term stays. Linen, towels, including beach/pool towels are provided.

On site there is both indoor and outdoor parking. On site facilities include three swimming pools (including an indoor swimming pool), surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also a sauna, gym, restaurant and snack bar, bar, BBQ and picnic areas, mini market and rent-a-car office. And, for entertainment there are mountain bikes, arcade with snooker, video games and table tennis, tennis court, amphitheater, internet cafe, a children's aqua park and play ground, and the most importantly perhaps, the apartment is only 500 m from 'Long Beach'!

This lovely apartment is available all year round.

Car is essential to enjoy fully the surrounding areas. The owner will be happy to assist in arranging airport transfers and sightseeing tours of the island if required.
