Description
This well-appointed open plan apartment in the village of Okrug Gornji on the island of Čiovo, comfortably sleeps two people with the option of an additional two on the sofa bed (please contact us to discuss if you would like to sleep up to four people).
The apartment benefits from a large balcony with seating overlooking a panoramic view of the bay, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a coffee. The large double bedroom with king size bed also has a fantastic sea view. The main living area has comfortable seating for three people and a dining area that seats up to six people. The living area also has a TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs. The apartment also benefits from being fully air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and hob/oven, as well as ample crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet, sink and bidet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment block, with private access and a designated parking space. We would recommend hiring a car for your stay to maximise the potential to visit the stunning surrounding area, however there are many local amenities within walking distance. The local area, within a 10–15-minute walk, has a supermarket, post office, pharmacy, and bakery. The UNESCO World Heritage town of Trogir, where you will find many good restaurants and bars, shops, and tourist information, is a 40-minute walk away. Copacabana beach is a 10-minute walk and has many beachfront bars and cafes.
Čiovo island is linked to the mainland via a main road bridge to Trogir and a large road bridge nearer to Split airport. The apartment is a 15-minute drive to Split airport. The city of Split, which is a cultural centre, is a 30-minute drive. Here it is possible to take passenger ferries to Hvar, Brač and Vis, among others.

“Great location, awesome views”
Booked at short notice and wasn't disappointed. Apartment was clean, tidy and well laid out. Local contact, Boshena, was very helpful and spoke very good english ( lives next door so always on hand if required.) The apartment was well stocked with DVD's & books for when relaxing on the balcony & there was a selection of local shops supplying the basics, all within walking distance. Found a local diving school which was a 15 minute walk from the apartment which provided some spectacular diving (Trogir Diving) The staff were very helpful and catered for all abilities.

“Best Views In Town!”
We stayed at Bay West back in September for a week of scorching sunshine and glorious sea views. As previous reviews have said Richard the owner was very helpful prior to departure and once in resort Bozena takes up the baton and helps out with any queries. She arranged for transfers to and from the airport with a very entertaining driver who offered to sort anyone out if they were rude to us! My wife and I clearly looked like troublemakers! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the aircon was lovely after a day on the beach. Breakfast on the large balcony each morning was a real treat and if the weather ever turned bad ( we only saw one cloud) you could entertain yourself with the fine selection of DVDs. Would happily recommend this place to anyone
