Description
Our villa has the best location in this area - located right near the small beach for our guests, a 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes and restaurants and tourist boat stop to Trogir and Split! It is very peaceful and quiet as well!
Villa is only 7 km from Split International Airport and 3 km from historical town-museum Trogir, one of the jewels of the Dalmatian coast. Shop is only 50 meters away.
On 1th of May 2019 is opened a brand-new infinity pool (8 x 4 metres or 26 x 13 feet) with hydromassage. The pool is private, and only guests from ANYA and ALENKA apartments will have access to it.
Our eco-pool is one hundred percent safe: it does not contain any chemicals or chlorine, but works with a generator and electrolysis of the salt water. This means that – instead of chlorine – we put salt in our pool.Water and salt pass through a generator, which - through the process of electrolysis - isolates the chloride ion in the salt. This pure chlorine cleans and purifies the pool water, and then binds again to the salt. There is no danger of any skin reactions that are sometimes associated with traditional pools. This pool is safe for everyone – including young children!
The pool is connected to the summer kitchen with a grill.

Also we will provide you with: beach parasols, beach longhairs, beach towels, dishwasher detergent, detergents and sponges for hand cleaning, liquid hand-soap in the bathroom, trash bags in the kitchen and the bathroom.
We are a small family business, and our guests' comfort and health are our top priority. This is why we will be taking additional precautions to keep you healthy and safe: upon the departure of each guest, our cleaning team will disinfect and thoroughly clean all surfaces in the suite. In addition, we will provide alcohol based hand disinfectant gel and disinfectant for all surfaces in the apartment - in each suite for free.
We are dedicated to keeping you healthy, safe, and comfortable.

Trogir, a beautiful historical UNESCO-world-heritage 'town-museum' is only 3 kilometres/less than a mile away. Trogir boasts not only historical monuments, but a variety of restaurants, bar and night clubs.
In front of the villa is a small beach and tourist boat stop runs to Trogir every 15 minutes and to Split twice of week.
Split is only 26 kilometres away, with Dioclecian Palace, shopping, clubs and restaurants.
Split international airport is only 7 km from the villa.
Zadar international airport is a one and half hour drive.
Our house is located near a small fishing-village (10 min walk), where you can experience the true Mediterranean, away from the hustle and bustle of bigger tourist centres.
Ours perfect location for all those who want to have the benefit of being close to a bigger, tourist town, but want to enjoy and relax in peace and quiet as well.
